The GroupCar Service City is a network of car servicing workshops that focus on servicing and repairs of all makes of cars and bakkies. It is one of three companies owned by Car City Holdings.
The founder and franchisor of Car Service City is Grant Brady. Car Service City commenced trading in September 2004, and currently there are 60 branches in the nationwide network. 3 branches (namely Bruma, Eloff and Rivonia) are Head-office owned branches and the others are independent franchisee owned. Car Service City remains true to its core, which is best quality service through conveniently placed workshops, at affordable prices in the most customer pleasing manner.
One of the reason head office retained ownership of three branches is to primarily ensure the head office is directly in touch with the customer base as well as offering franchisee support through effective training to managers, administrative assistants and mechanics.
Car Wash City is one of the other company’s operating under the Car City Holdings banner. The franchisor, seeing a synergy with Car Service City opened Car Wash City owned Linden branch in 2009.
Car Tyre City is providing affordable tyres to the South African market and can be found at certain Car Service City outlets.
